• Twin-screw mixers from Vermeer feature an overlapping screw design. Together, the screw design works with the offset baffles to move feedstuffs from the front to the back of the tub, in a clockwise motion between the screws for an appropriately blended mix.

• Two bi-pulse legs and the leading edge of the screw make up three points of contact with the tub floor to help improve cleanout over only one or two points of contact. This helps feedstuffs be evenly distributed onto the discharge conveyor for feeding.
